Seasons Change

We had 8 people turn out to run the trails/hills of Clayton Saturday morning. If you weren't there you missed out on a great run. The weather was perfect and the trees are really starting to fill in nicely. It wasn't that long ago that we could see all the way to the other side of the park in places and now we're pretty much surrounded by growth preventing us from seeing anything but the trail in front of us in some areas. It's great to run the trails and watch the seasons change. It won't be long now before the horse flies show up to greet us but the next few weeks of Clayton should be beautiful. That won't keep us from getting in a few runs at MCP though so if you can't make it out to Clayton for any reason, fear not. Be sure to check the sidebar each Friday afternoon, at the latest, to find out where we will be meeting for the Saturday group run.
